Brief History Of The Kshethra (Sthala Mahime)

During 16th century, a devotee called Sadanada Yogi was bringing lord’s idol from a village called Durgi to Dharmapuri. It is said that when idol come to Penuganchiprolu, the idol did not move further. So lord pratistha was done in this place and a temple was constructed.

Uniqueness And Significance Of Kshetra:

If devotees do pradakshanas to lord and sleep in the temple premises we get swapna sakshatkaram of the lord and wishes will be fulfilled.
